Raf Simons Velcro Highs

Raf Simons is one of my favorite menswear designers. A native of Belgium, he began as a furniture designer before moving into fashion. He is an icon, having made waves in the fashion world since his arrival. His style has always been very minimal, though he has started many of the trends that menswear has seen this past decade. He most recently has been hired as the chief creative officer of Calvin Klein, having briefly served as the creative director at Dior.

The shoes
These are 100% the nicest quality shoes that I own.

I can't get enough of them. They're made from a buffed, soft black leather. The heel tab features an embossed R, and the velcro strap features "Raf Simons" embossed subtly on the side. The sole is made of a hard rubber. They feel comfortable and sturdy at the same time.
These will go on sale from time to time, so I wouldn't advise paying full price.
And if people come up to you and scream "WHAT ARE THOOOSE?", you can just respond with, "Out of your price range."
